TITLE: DRIVER/ADMINISTRATIVE JANITOR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CONTROLLING SUPERVISOR: CHAIR OF THE KAW NATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a valid drivers license and must be insurable. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have the ability to keep two (2) buildings clean and in an orderly manner. .
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Delivers meals to elderly and child care facility as needed
2. Performs requested supportive services for elderly.
3. Responsible for maintaining Title VI program facilities
4. Picks up food supplies and other needed supplies
5. Daily record keeping of units of service
6. Daily record keeping of specific cleaning duties
7. Performs minor repairs
8. Keep each area assigned to clean dusted vacuumed and trash emptied.
9. Wash windows inside and out on a periodic schedule.
10. Ensures that janitorial/housekeeping supplies are replenished.
11. Clean and sanitize all bathrooms keep paper towels and toilet tissue stocked.
12. Mop and sweep tile floors and wax on an as needed basis.
13. Water grass trees and flower beds during appropriate seasons and keep weeded.
14. Clean air vents on an as needed basis.
15. Vacuum all carpeted areas and treat any spots on the carpet.
16. Keep parking lot policed of paper and debris etc
17. Report any problem that should require knowledge of specific training to repair or correct to Immediate Supervisor.
18. Assist with/complete any other job duties that might be assigned.
All new hires will be required by the Kaw Nation to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. Failure to pass the drug screen will lead to withdrawal of the job offer or termination of employment.
