OPERATIONS MANAGER
WHO YOU ARE: Our Operations Managers at Michael Kors are stylish individuals who have a drive to achieve results and a passion for an elevated customer experience. As an Operations Manager you will strive to achieve personal and store sales goals while prioritizing the customer experience through operational processes and leading teams. You will work in a fun inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for development and growth.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach
Directly train and partner with team to ensure all operational functions run smoothly
Understands all management register and inventory functions
Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals
Communicate needs to support business goals
WED LOVE TO SEE:
2 years of high-volume relevant retail experience
A self-starter with time management and project skills
Energetic motivated and engaging; dedicated to elevated customer service and sales productivity
Ability to react to a changing work demands
Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
