Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Supervisor.

Position Details

• Reports to Senior Branch Manager
• Direct oversight of 3 to 4 associates

Responsibilities

• Work with customers including builders designers and homeowners to sell a wide range of products which may include lighting appliances high end fixtures and cabinetry
• Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing inventory and delivery information
• Lead and support a team of associates while being able to initiate and embrace change
• Assist customers both by appointment and walk-ins while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately
• Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers address and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications

• Prior sales leadership experience is ideal coupled with sales and customer service experience
• A strong sales presence
• Problem solving leadership and listening skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
• Understand the basics of design and interior decorating
• Strong mentor skills and desire to train others
• Able to engage in a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions for the varying needs of the customer

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
