OTR responsibilities:
Evaluate residents physical cognitive and functional needs
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in self-care mobility and daily routines
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
Collaborate with other care team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care
Provide education and training to residents caregivers and staff
Accurately document assessments treatment sessions and progress
Promote a safe engaging and functional environment for residents

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
