OTR responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents physical cognitive and functional needs

  • Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in self-care mobility and daily routines

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions

  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care

  • Provide education and training to residents caregivers and staff

  • Accurately document assessments treatment sessions and progress

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
