Are you a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact National Counseling Group (NCG) an ncgCARE partner is seeking a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapist to join our team. In this role you will provide intensive evidence-based treatment to youth involved in the delinquency system and their families through in-home and community-based sessions. Using a strengths-based approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy behavior modification and family systems theory youll work closely with caregivers to empower them to address challenges independently and support their child across various environmentsincluding home school and community. Youll manage a small caseload of six clients allowing for individualized attention and flexibility while being supported by a highly collaborative and experienced clinical team.
