Pitbull Tobacco & More in Hampton Roads VA is looking for a seasonal sales associate to join our team at our Norfolk location in Ghent. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter motivated and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
- Direct customers by escorting them to our products.
- Advise customers by providing information on products.
- Use judgment to solve customer problems
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Retain a wealth of information about a wide range of products
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Clean and stock work area as needed to maintain a tidy and stocked sales area
- Maintain scheduling commitments
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal skills
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to problem solve as issues arise
- Proven working experience in customer service
- Proven working knowledge of kratom and CBD vapor products and glass products
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
- Ability to work in a team environment
