Are you interested in data analysis and prepared to lead a team dedicated to Substance Use Disorder and Gambling data systems If so consider starting a new chapter in your career with Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) as a Business Workflow Section Chief. You will have the opportunity to work with substance use providers in the areas of case management prevention treatment and recovery support and assist with their understanding of the data system while providing technical assistance. Effective communication is key as you will engage with stakeholders and vendors regarding improving data collection for the department.

As a Business Workflow Section Chief you will have a chance to lead the departments efforts to streamline and improve data reporting for the department. Work includes direct involvement in testing troubleshooting providing technical assistance analyzing data for the departments data systems and making recommendations to improve the functionality of the data systems. You will be responsible for compiling reports and completing the required data uploads to meet federal block grant requirements. Additionally you will have the opportunity to assist with the departments internal computer inventory and identification of employee computer workstations.
