Role overview:Our client is seeking a conscientious and dedicated Paralegal to join their Commercial Litigation team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team and a thriving legal practice. The successful candidate will be eager to learn develop their skills and contribute from day one.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct research for legal cases under supervision
Assist in the preparation of legal documents
Manage confidential client and case information
Accompany senior staff to Court and client meetings as required
Open organise and close legal files
Provide excellent client care and build strong rapport
Conduct due diligence on every file
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet targets and uphold the firms reputation
General office duties including answering telephones handling post and greeting visitors
Essential qualifications and skills:
Minimum 1 years experience within a law firm
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficient with case management systems and IT tools
Completion of LPC preferred but not essential
