The role
As the Associate Director Financial Planning and Analysis for Bradfield Development Authority youll strategically partner with business units to equip Executive Directors and Managers with the tools advice and insights needed for efficient decision-making and informed business strategy development. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders providing financial analysis and recommendations and leading the budgeting process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Youll manage high priority and competing business requests balancing strategic objectives with current demands and working with NSW Treasury to manage cashflow budgeting and forecasting.
Key accountabilities include raising awareness of budget importance preparing and explaining financial reports and supporting best practices in financial policies and procedures.
This role will also assist the team with the implementation of a new budgeting and forecasting model and system implementation.
