Were seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a market-leading independent estate agency in Beckenham (BR3). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid residential sales experience (and ideally some listing experience) who is hungry for results and thrives in a target-driven team-based environment.

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to identify and seize sales opportunities deliver first-class customer service and negotiate successfully to close deals.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling residential sales negotiations from start to finish
• Generating and converting new business opportunities
• Assisting with property listings and valuations (if experienced)
• Providing exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors
• Maintaining and building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales
• Proven sales and negotiation ability
• Listing and valuation experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Well-presented ambitious and self-motivated
• Strong knowledge of the Beckenham area (ideal)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A professional and positive attitude
