Key Stage 2 ECT The Role:
As a Key Stage 2 ECT youll play a key role in preparing pupils for the transition to secondary school. You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and independence
- Support childrens academic and personal development through interactive and structured learning
- Use a variety of teaching methods to challenge and stretch learners of all abilities
- Work closely with an experienced TA to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Develop pupils confidence in key subjects such as Maths English and Science
