Role: Primary ECT
Daily Rate: 120 160
Location: Malton
We are working on behalf of a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Malton that is looking to welcome an Early Career Teacher from September. The school is at the heart of the community and offers a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to flourish both academically and personally.
This opportunity is ideal for passionate and dedicated ECTs who are excited to begin their teaching journey in a supportive setting. With roles available across EYFS Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 the school provides high-quality mentoring and a comprehensive induction programme designed to help you thrive.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of your class
Creating a classroom culture that promotes positive behaviour curiosity and a love of learning
Working collaboratively with colleagues and leaders to support whole-school development
Taking part in professional development opportunities and reflecting on your own practice
Supporting the wider life of the school including trips events and extracurricular activities
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience with the potential for a temp-to-perm placement. The role starts in September and offers the chance to work in a warm forward-thinking school community with a commitment to staff development and pupil success.
