Carolina Outreach a proud partner of ncgCARE is seeking a compassionate skilled and client-centered Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our dedicated team. As a leading provider of community-based behavioral health services across North Carolina we are driven by a shared mission: to improve lives through evidence-based mental health care for children adolescents and adults.
In this essential role youll work directly with individuals and families providing therapeutic support tailored to their unique needs. Your expertise will help shape positive outcomes for clients ages three and up while collaborating closely with families and community supports to develop and implement effective personalized treatment plans.

Position Description:
Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments to identify diagnoses recommend treatment modalities and guide the therapeutic journey.
Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices that honor the clients strengths preferences and goals.
Serve as a trusted partner to clients and their natural support systems fostering collaboration in planning and implementing treatment and ancillary services.
Ensure high-quality care through timely and thorough documentation including service notes treatment plans and progress reviews.
Position Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or a related field.
- Must hold a current mental health license in North Carolina (e.g. LCSW/A LCMHC/A).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
