Lakeside Generations a Cassia senior community overlooking a lake is hiringLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)to join our team to assist and support the Director of Nursing.
In this role youll provide compassionate high-quality care to residents administer medications and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time
Bonus: $10000 (Full-Time) $5000 (Part-Time)
Available Shifts:
- Part-Time working every other weekend Days 6:00am to 2:30pm (you can pick up other shifts as they become available)
- Full-Time including every other weekend and holiday Evenings 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Shift Differential: $2.50 / hour for Evening shift

Nurse Requirements:
- Must have MN LPNLicense and be in good standing.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
