Job Summary
AlphaGraphics on University (Tempe AZ) is looking for an experienced Large Format Print & Signage Technician to join our dynamic production team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone skilled in vinyl graphics wide-format printing and signage production who is eager to contribute to a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate large format printers (HP Latex Roland etc.)
- Prepare cut mount and finish vinyl and signage materials
- Install vinyl graphics wall wraps vehicle wraps and signs (interior/exterior)
- Perform site surveys and ensure accurate field measurements
- Maintain high print quality and minimize material waste
- Collaborate with project managers sales reps and production team members
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct light maintenance
- Assist with packaging shipping and installation prep
Required:
- 1 years experience in signage vinyl or large format print production
- Strong understanding of substrates laminates and finishing materials
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Solid communication skills and team collaboration
- 1 years experience in signage vinyl or large format print production
- Experience with site surveys and vinyl installations
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator FlexiSign or similar design software
- 3M Avery or Oracal installation certification
