IT Analyst
Duties
Pay rate 32.31 per hour
- Working with the Global STP Deployment Lead support the end-to-end deployment of the SAP S4 Hana procurement system including planning configuration testing and go-live support.
- Manage project timelines resources and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within the defined scope and budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT finance and procurement.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.
- Support data migration activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in deploying SAP procurement systems with a strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP modules related to procurement (e.g. SAP ECC or S4 Hana SAP Ariba) and familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with ERPs like MS Dynamics BPCS PeopleSoft Oracle
- Familiarity with Supplier Automation tools such as EDI Corcentric
- Experience with Case Management solutions (PowerApps)
- Additional language skills
