Overview of role:
Are you a strategic and people-focused technology leader Coliban Water is seeking a dynamic Platform Services Lead Customer and Corporate to guide our technical support services and drive platform excellence across our Customer & Stakeholder and Corporate Services divisions. In this senior role youll lead a dedicated team manage financials and shape the future of technology services at Coliban Water. The Platform Services function provides technical support services across the technology platforms that support the Customer & Stakeholder and Corporate Services divisions of Coliban Water.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Platforms Lead Customer & Corporate youll be accountable for:
- Understand and manage the technologies youre responsible for including their costs and effectiveness for the business and lead the maintenance of these technologies ensuring they support business outcomes efficiently and with consideration of risk management.
- Stay engaged with key stakeholders and broader business goals so you can clearly communicate the value of your teams services guiding your team and presenting to internal customers.
- Define platform services in alignment with Colibans business system architectures.
- Take ownership of platform and system design including developing roadmaps for their evolution.
- Oversee the delivery of IT platform projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.
- Lead a team of 3-5.
About you:
- Tertiary Degree in information technology computer science or related field combined with 5 or more years of experience.
- Certifications or demonstrated experience in delivery of Salesforce Aptumo and relevant Finance and Commercial systems.
- Relevant Professional certifications including Agile/DevOps and Project managementor equivalent advantageous.
- Skills in IT project management.

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 5 $115162 - $139851 Superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
