About the Role:
Join Midas VINELAND as an Auto Mechanic and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch automotive this role you will utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles ensuring customer satisfaction and safety on the road.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and options.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an auto mechanic with a strong knowledge of vehicle systems.
- ASE certification is a plus; must have a valid drivers license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to continuous learning.
