Sales Manager / Account Manager / Territory Manager is required to work for a leading HVAC manufacturer. Securing new business opportunities promoting company products and service portfolio. Based in Houston TX.
Sales Manager / Account Manager / Territory Manager will oversee and expand our HVAC business within an assigned territory focusing on data centre growth.
The ideal Sales Manager / Account Manager / Territory Manager will be a result-driven professional with a passion for the HVAC industry and committed to delivering exceptional service. Desired to have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and Products.
Package & Location:
- $120000 - $160000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus 35% of annual salary

Sales Manager / Account Manager / Territory Manager responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of a sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage the order lifecycle including quoting order entry follow-up and expediting.
- Identify qualify and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Own and manage the full quoting process from inception to delivery.
Sales Manager / Account Manager / Territory Manager requirements:
- 23 years of progressive experience in technical equipment sales
- Proven track record managing a sales territory with $2M in annual revenue
- Experience working with data centres
- Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) in Engineering is preferred
