Ce que vous apportez

  • Une exprience dans le dveloppement daffaires et/ou les activits de vente telles que la prospection tlphonique et les tudes de march un bon sens du jugement et une capacit grer des relations commerciales complexes tout en maintenant un haut niveau de professionnalisme et de maturit

  • De solides comptences interpersonnelles - vous tes capable dtablir rapidement des relations et de la crdibilit avec des personnes tous les niveaux

  • Vous devez tre ax sur les dtails ; possder dexcellentes comptences en communication verbale et crite

Ce que vous allez apprendre

  • Mener des activits de dveloppement commercial en identifiant et en qualifiant les prospects et les contacts en organisant des visites de proprits pour les clients et les prospects.

  • Tenir des historiques de correspondance dans CRM notre base de donnes nationale

  • Mener des recherches dinformations sur le march grce une varit doutils

  • Excuter et assister des transactions immobilires y compris les contrats de courtage / commission les baux les offres et les contrats de vente.

Join our team as a Sales Associate and join the Laval and North Shore team of our Montreal Quebec office.

Who you are

Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a change or a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career Are you interested in working with C suite executives and business owners while having true ownership of your professional growth If you are a driven collaborative and hard-working individual and you are passionate about commercial real estatethenthis role is for you!

As a Sales Associate you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of senior professionals and be mentored directly by an industry professional.

What you bring

  • Experience with business development and/or sales activities such as cold-calling and market research sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and maturity

  • Strong interpersonal skills can build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels

  • Must be detail-oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Bonus skills and experience

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset

  • Real estate license is required (or close to completion)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Prior experience using CRM programs

  • Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset.

  • Prior experience performing property valuation is considered a strong asset

What you will be learning

  • How to conduct business development activities by identifying and qualifying leads and contacts lead on-site tours of properties for clients and prospects.

  • Maintain records of correspondence within CRM our national database

  • How to conduct market information research through a variety of tools

  • How to execute and assist with deal transactions including listing/commission agreements leases offers and sales agreements.
