Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Monitor department profitability and implement performance improvements.
- Maintain and control vehicle inventory.
- Support staff in effective lead management and customer service.
- Work cohesively with other dealership departments to ensure ultimate functionality.
- Lead coach and mentor staff and take your team to the finish line.
- Manage sales expenses and staff.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years of automotive sales experience.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Financial knowledge of dealership operations.
- Previous experience as a team leader mentor or coach.
- Strategic thinking organizational skills and a passion for performance.
