We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO)to support our senior living communities. In this leadership role you will guide and oversee multiple communities within a designated region. Youll partner closely with Executive Directors department heads and corporate teams to ensure excellence in resident care service delivery regulatory compliance and financial performance.
Competitive Pay:The starting salary for this position is $130000 / year. Pay rate will be based on years of experience.
Here are a few of the key responsibilities of the Regional Director of Operations:
- Lead mentor and support Executive Directors to ensure high performance across communities.
- Develop and implement strategies that drive quality efficiency and financial success.
- Collaborate on budget creation and ensure operational and financial targets are met.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Foster an environment of resident-centered care and hospitality.
- Monitor and evaluate resident satisfaction; ensure timely response to concerns and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal state and local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Support recruitment onboarding and professional development of community leaders.
- Promote open communication and collaboration among teams.
- Drive occupancy growth and ensure service offerings align with market needs.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare business or a related field.
- Five years of leadership experience in assisted living or senior housing.
- Multi-site management and startup experience strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of operational systems and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines.
