The Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation (BLCAC) is seeking a grounded and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO and Board of Directors. We are looking for someone who is not just capablebut the right person to walk alongside our leadership team with integrity professionalism and cultural respect.

BLCAC is the Registered Aboriginal Party (RAP) for the Bunurong people of the South-Eastern Kulin Nation. About the Role
As our Executive Assistant youll be a trusted partner to the CEO and an essential link to the Board. You will help ensure the flow of communication manage executive functions and maintain structure behind the scenes. You will need to bring warmth resilience and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating diaries meetings and logistics for the CEO and Board of Directors.
Preparing professional documentsagendas minutes correspondence and reports.
Providing confidential executive and project support to senior leaders
Supporting board governance processes and liaising across internal teams and external partners.
Managing travel arrangements onboarding financial admin and other key operational tasks.
Assisting with reporting data tracking and internal systems to keep things running efficiently.
Who We are Looking For:
You will be a strong communicator whos comfortable working with senior leaders and navigating sensitive matters with discretion and cultural respect. You are someone who is adaptable self-motivated and brings a calm solutions-focused approach to busy days.
You will have:
Experience supporting executives and working with boards or governance bodies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital admin tools
Cultural understanding and respect for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
Formal qualifications in administration or a related field are welcomed but not essential if your experience demonstrates the right capability and mindset.
