Job Posting: RN Long-Term Care Nursing Supervisor (LTC)
Location: Lowville NY
Job Type: 13-Week Contract (Quick Start)
Shift: Evenings Every Other Weekend
Hospital seeks an experienced LTC Nursing Supervisor to oversee evening operations in their 150-500 bed facility. This is a 13-week contract with potential for urgent hires. Priority will be given to candidates ready for immediate interviews/offers.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise nursing staff in a long-term care (LTC) setting during evening shifts.

Ensure compliance with care plans policies and regulatory standards (e.g. NYSDOH).

Coordinate patient care staff assignments and interdisciplinary communication.

Address emergencies resolve conflicts and mentor junior staff.

Cover holidays and every other weekend as required.

Active NY RN License (must be current).

2 years LTC/SNF supervisory experience (nurse manager/director level preferred).
