Job Description

Accountable for the delivery of a Major Release within a Release Cycle. Responsible as the key orchestrator to manage all aspects of Release delivery working closely with Core Adopt and Technical delivery teams.

- Establish the overall Release Plan for the Major Release including identification and detailed planning of each Release Stream within the Release. Work with the Planning team to align the plan with all Stakeholders at the right level of detail establishing clear accountabilities for all tasks and deliverables.


- Work with Core Adopt and Technical delivery teams to have the Release roles for the specific Major Release nominated


- Enable & support Core Enablement team working closely with Regional Adopt and Core Functions to establish detailed timelines deliverables and resourcing for Scoping & Design phases for all Release Streams within the Release


- Work with Technical Delivery Release Manager & Technical Delivery team Core Enablement Core Functions and Regional Adopt teams to establish detailed Build & Test plans including PtQs integrated screening user acceptance testing day-in-the-life simulations


- Work closely and coordinate with Methodology & Tools teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards including appropriate use of relevant tools


- Work closely with Core Enablement teams (Development Architecture Security & Authorization Reporting & Analytics Parallel Projects) to align plans oversee delivery of respective areas


- Work with PMO team to ensure appropriate reporting of Progress at the right level of detail to Program Leadership


- Establish operational governance of the Release with the mindset to evolve dynamically based on the stage of the Release which may include accounting for specificities of different Release Streams


- Work with BPM and NFCM teams to validate their plans and ensure delivery as per agreed plans


- Work with Core Enablement to ensure Retrofit to Live sites are planned and executed on time


- Work with Organization Change Management and Learning teams to integrate training & change management plans into the overall Release Plan & reporting of progress


- Work with Adopt Enablement to integrate Data Migration plans into the overall Release plans and establish/agree on DM progress reporting


- Integrate cut-over black-out periods go-live & hyper-care plans into the Release working with Adopt Enablement team


- Ensure Service Transition to Operational Support working with relevant Program teams and DDIT APD organization






Requirements

Release Integration Lead with ERP Program Management Experience - 10 years

Skills and Experiences - Technical Expertise: Extensive technological transformation programs, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration. - Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals. - Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing large-scale, complex technology projects. - Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. - Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment. - Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and practices, with experience in driving organizational change initiatives. - Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions. - Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all technology implementations. Must Haves skills and Education: Oversees all technology-related aspects for Supply Chain Planning functions, ensuring technical deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Coordinates with technical teams, manage resources, and ensure alignment with project goals while optimizing platform architecture for performance, security, and scalability. Responsible for delivery execution and for deliverables belonging to technology functions (Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Testing (Unit, SI, Test Scripts). - Planning, Forecasting and demand transformation and processes -Advanced Planning Systems -Data analytics for SC -Optimization techniques -Integration and middleware -Continuous improvement methodologies -Problem-Solving -Master data management -Risk management and mitigation -10 yrs of experience in the field & 5 year of experience in transformation projects in their area -Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration & Engineering Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall IT strategy and support implementation. Support review of IT investment allocations to ensure they are in line with IT strategy and business demand. - Contribute to maintaining alignment of business - IT and functional strategies and priorities-by communicating the strategy to stakeholders and fostering feedback and engagement with strategy development. - Work with IT Innovation and Project Portfolio Management organizations to identify and create business opportunities. - Advise on the development of business cases for strategic initiatives. - Contribute to maintaining alignment of IT roadmap / strategies~ business and functional demand and investment plans. - Assist with coordinating governance reviews of innovation projects and partner with IT Innovation team on innovation projects as required. Experience knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization.
