What You ll Do
As the Digital Product Line Owner you ll serve two major functions:
Strategic Product Leader Act like a CEO for your digital product line: shape the vision drive execution and lead a top-performing team.
Change Agent in the R&D Accelerator Drive agile transformation across the broader R&D organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver the product vision strategy and roadmap.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch to continuous improvement.
Prioritize features allocate resources and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of product and engineering professionals.
Ensure products are differentiated and packed with impactful features.
Measure and report business impact to executive stakeholders.
Partner with People & Culture to recruit and develop diverse talent.
Share best practices and drive reuse across digital products.
What You Bring
Proven leadership in fast-paced tech or R&D environments.
Deep experience across the full product lifecycle and Agile methods.
Familiarity with AI/ML and their potential to elevate R&D.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic product roadmaps.
Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Fluency in both English and French.
