Job Description
Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a Full Time Mobile Sushi Chef to come and join our teams in Sainsburys kiosks in:
- Broadcut Fareham PO16 8SU
- Farlington Fitzherbert Road Portsmouth Hampshire PO6 1RR
- Hambledon Road Waterlooville PO7 7UL
This role Requires Your Own Vehicle and milage will be paid.
If you are:
- Enthusiastic energetic with the ability to demonstrate initiative

- Able to work as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards at all times
- Excited to produce amazing high quality and sustainable food products
Able to:
- Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers our clients and ourselves
- Highly organised with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
- Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take.
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
And have:
- Experience in leading people who can build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment whilst always leading by example
- Pride in your work constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
