Scope of Position:
Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information while complying with internal and external requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
Major Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Adherence to Operational Process Standards
- Daily tracking of shipments and corresponding documents
- Work with the team to provide solutions to customers
- Comply with customer requirements and procedures
- Proactively communicate timely status updates to customers
- Communicate with international and domestic customers and offices
- Update shipment information in the Expeditors system
- Track and trace international cargo
- Timely settlement of shipments and filing of Tariffs
- Preparation of reports as required
- Prepare and process international documentation
- Comply with US and foreign regulations

Qualifications :
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Displayed ability to work independently
- Excellent attendance practices
- Attention to detail curiosity professionalism integrity sense of humor
- Global geographic knowledge and multi-lingual abilities are always desired
