Job Description
As the Warehouse Manager you will be accountable for the efficiency safety and leadership of our warehouse operations in Auckland. Youll drive operational excellence lead a team to meet productivity targets and deliver seamless logistics and distribution outcomes that support our retail network and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the distribution centre including inbound/outbound logistics inventory and dispatch
- Develop and implement warehouse SOPs to maximise accuracy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Drive a high-performance culture through hands-on coaching clear expectations and ongoing development
- Maintain WHS compliance and ensure a safe and productive working environment
- Report on key performance metrics including stock accuracy damaged goods and labour costs
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment
Qualifications :
- A strong people leader with experience managing warehouse/distribution teams
- Proven ability to manage WHS and operational compliance
- Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and workforce planning tools
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality accuracy and process improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volume and tight deadlines
