What You Can Expect Working in the Equipment Finance Sales Intern Position

The Equipment Finance Sales Intern position is critical in expanding the services of Acquipt and growing the equipment financing portfolio. In this position you will be responsible for lead generation networking with current and potential clients and closing equipment finance contracts. In the Equipment Finance Sales role you will drive revenue growth by working with new and existing customers to capture equipment finance agreements. This position works closely with vendors customers and banks to fulfill the organizations goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the team in identifying and researching potential new vendors and end-user business opportunities.
  • Assists in gathering and organizing data to help establish internal reporting metrics.
  • Helps maintain existing client relationships by preparing materials and participating in client interactions.
  • Observes and supports client meetings focused on financing options for long-term assets and business equipment.
  • Assists in identifying financing solutions that align with customers needs under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Maintains and updates information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business or currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
  • Interest in learning about financial practices procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including active listening.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to build professional relationships and learn client service best practices.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint) with intermediate skills in Excel.

  • Sedentary work.
