University Home Care in Detroit MI is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN for Home Care. If you are passionate about providing quality healthcare services in the comfort of patients homes this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Michigan
- Prior experience in home care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
