Job Description
Summary
As the Product Designer for Jeweler Experience you will be responsible for designing intuitive engaging and seamless digital experiences for jewelers using our platform. This role focuses on creating and refining the user experience for a variety of B2B products and services including marketplace capabilities shipping solutions appraisals and more. You will collaborate closely with product managers engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and scalable experience across all touchpoints of the jeweler journey.

About the Jeweler XP Team
The Jeweler XP team is focused on building a unified digital ecosystem that serves our jeweler clients with all the tools they need to run their businesses. This includes everything from eCommerce marketplace capabilities to shipping logistics appraisals and more. Our goal is to modernize and unify the experience across all jeweler-facing products creating an efficient and seamless experience for them. The team is collaborative and cross-functional working together to ensure every part of the Jeweler XP experience is integrated and easy to use.
What Youll Do
Lead the design of user experiences within the Jeweler XP Shipping Solution and Diamond Marketplace ensuring a seamless scalable and user-centered experience for jewelers and business owners.
Collaborate with senior product designers product managers and engineers to define product vision and strategy translating business goals into intuitive design solutions.
Work within a small empowered product team to balance business objectives with user needs ensuring designs are implemented as intended.
Collaborate closely with other product designers product managers and engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
Produce all design assets including wireframes user flows prototypes and visual designs to communicate concepts effectively.
Perform usability testing gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve product usability and satisfaction.
Review data and test results to understand jeweler needs pain points and behaviors synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system ensuring a consistent design language across all touchpoints.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in User Experience Design Human-Computer Interaction Graphic Design Psychology or a related field.
3 years of experience in product design designing B2B products.
Experience designing web experiences with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research usability testing and applying findings to improve design solutions.
A deep empathy for users with the ability to conduct interviews analyze feedback and prioritize product features.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
