Are you called to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing serious illness Senior Doc Management is seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Chaplain to offer guidance comfort and spiritual care to those in need. What Youll Do:

• Provide Compassionate Spiritual Care Offer direct spiritual and emotional support to patients and families addressing their individual needs with sensitivity and respect.

• Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team Work closely with physicians nurses social workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Facilitate Meaningful Services Lead memorials religious ceremonies and bedside prayers tailored to each patients beliefs and preferences.

• Offer Grief & Bereavement Support Provide counseling and resources to families before and after the loss of a loved one ensuring continued emotional and spiritual care.

• Foster Community Partnerships Engage with local faith communities chaplains and volunteers to expand the reach of spiritual support services.

What Were Looking For:

• Spiritual Leadership Graduate of an accredited seminary or theology school (BD . or equivalent) and ordained or licensed minister. Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) training preferred.

• Hospice & Palliative Care Experience Previous experience in healthcare chaplaincy hospice or palliative care is highly desirable.

• Cultural Sensitivity & Interfaith Experience Ability to work in an inclusive interfaith setting respecting all cultural backgrounds spiritual beliefs and values.

• Excellent Communication & Counseling Skills Capacity to provide empathetic listening crisis intervention and spiritual guidance to patients and families.

• Team-Oriented Mindset Ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals social workers and caregivers.
