Internal Communications Content Producer

Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative Internal Communications Content Producer to join our London team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping and sharing Wises story internally. Your primary focus will be leading the content production for our flagship Mission Days conference a bi-annual event that brings our team together to celebrate our achievements and align with our mission. Additionally youll be a contributor to our twice monthly team calls helping us keep a vital flow of information going across the company.

You will be the driving force behind content creation for Mission Days. This includes developing the overall content strategy crafting compelling narratives and managing the production of all content assets from presentations and videos to written communications and event materials. Furthermore youll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure that our internal communications programs remain fresh relevant and scalable as our company grows. This will involve staying up-to-date on best practices in internal communications experimenting with new formats and channels and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Content Production: You will oversee the entire content production process for Mission Days collaborating with internal stakeholders external partners and creative agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all content elements.

• Internal Communications Support: Beyond Mission Days you will contribute to our broader internal communications efforts including supporting the production of our twice-monthly team calls and other internal communication initiatives.

• Coaching spokespeople: Wise spokespeople are already well versed in presenting but you will coach and take them from great to best-in-class with feedback on presenting to large teams.

• Defining success metrics: Youll collect and dive into data to pull out insights that inform your thinking and drive your decision-making. Youll use that insight to articulate KPIs and success metrics and youre excited to build on this capability.

Qualifications :

• Proven Content Production Experience: You have a strong track record of producing engaging and impactful content for audiences ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator both written and verbal with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives.

• Creative and Strategic Thinker: You are a creative and innovative thinker with a strategic mindset able to develop and execute content strategies that achieve measurable results.

• Project Management Skills: You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Passion for Storytelling: You are passionate about storytelling and have a knack for finding and sharing compelling stories that resonate with internal audiences.

• A natural collaborator - You build strong relationships with people across different teams and instinctively know the right people to turn to by keeping an ear to the ground and a finger on the pulse of an organization.

• Globally Minded and open to travel: Were a global team so you should be comfortable with the idea of spending time traveling and working out from our other offices
