Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Inspiring the kitchen team leading by example to ensure our customers have a genuinely unforgettable dining experience.
- Driving sales bookings and upselling.
- Staff rostering.
- Managing stock control.
- Creating promotions and events to drive revenue.
- Recruiting on boarding training rostering coaching motivating and managing team members.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
Someone looking to share their passion about food and exceptional experiences. You are a team player capable of leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef. You are resourceful organised attentive to detail and results-driven.
