Hocking Valley Community Hospital (HVCH) is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to become part of our supportive and hardworking team.
- Business Office - ONSITE Full Time M-F Salary/Exempt
- Day shift with occasional 2nd/3rd shift to train employees as needed
- Pay range is $23.11/hr to $28.87/hr based on experience

Our Desired Candidate Will Have
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Finance Accounting or related field preferred.
- Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. CRCR HFMA) a plus.
- 25 years of experience in revenue cycle operations or healthcare financial analysis preferably in a hospital or healthcare system setting.
- Coding experience or willing to obtain formal training from a professional training program within a year of hire.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. EPIC).
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies (Medicare Medicaid commercial insurance).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to teach others and participate in interdisciplinary teams.
