About the Role
Were hiring a hands-on growth-driven International E-Commerce Manager to oversee the strategy performance and user experience of our global Shopify storefronts. This is a critical high-visibility role focused on scaling our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce presence across international markets.
Youll take full ownership of day-to-day site operations optimize conversion funnels manage global subscription programs (e.g. via Ordergroove) and ensure seamless customer journeys across regions. Your work will directly impact revenue growth customer retention and our ability to scale internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily management and optimization of our international Shopify storefronts
- Manage and enhance subscription programs and experiences including platform oversight (Ordergroove or similar)
- Partner cross-functionally with Paid Media Affiliate Creative Product and Retail teams to align campaign strategy and execution
- Analyze site performance metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve conversion and drive growth
- Ensure region-specific customer experiences are optimizedfrom checkout to post-purchase touchpoints
- Own international site merchandising promotional setup and product launch execution
- Stay current on global e-commerce trends platform capabilities and regulatory considerations to drive innovation and compliance
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of e-commerce experience with a strong emphasis on Shopify (international and subscription model experience highly preferred)
- A growth marketing mindset with a deep understanding of global DTC and e-commerce best practices
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to manage projects across multiple teams and time zones
- Experience in A/B testing CRO analytics and funnel optimization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a bias for action
- Passion for creating exceptional digital experiences tailored to diverse global markets
