Job Description
Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Service Drive Manager to join our growing team in Service. The Service Drive Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service drive ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue through efficient service processes.
Schedule/Pay
- Salaried position with a typical schedule starting at 7am but may also require some nights and weekends. We are closed on Sunday.
- Salary range of $60K-$80K based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Manage service advisors and technicians to deliver high-quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service department productivity
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Monitor service department performance and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a service management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive service processes
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
