The mission of the Early Learning Connections is to provide a variety of high quality early learning programs that foster a safe and positive culture through kindness and respect to meet the comprehensive needs of families.
As a Full-Time Floating Assistant Teacher at Early Learning Connections your day-to-day expectations will involve a variety of dynamic responsibilities. You will assist lead teachers in implementing educational activities designed to foster cognitive social and emotional development in young children. Youll provide support in multiple classrooms adapting to different age groups and learning styles throughout the day.
Engagement is key; youll actively participate in hands-on learning experiences encouraging curiosity and exploration. Routine tasks will also include setting up learning materials supervising outdoor play and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Communication with families and staff is essential promoting collaboration and continuity in each childs learning journey.
