      Were seekinga motivated and customer-focusedService Desk Level 1 Analystto join our IT support team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. You will provide first-level support via phone email and chat ensuring timely and professional resolution or escalation of IT-related problems.

      The Details:

      • Location: hybrid in Nashville TN 37203
      • 2nd shift available: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am CST
      • Pay: $19.40/h (includes a $.40 shift differential)

      What Youll Be Doing:

      • Promptly respond to support requests received via phone email and chat.
      • Accurately log all interactions and incidents in the service desk ticketing system.
      • Deliver first-level technical support for issues related to hardware software networks and mobile devices.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or escalate to higher-level support teams when necessary.
      • Ensure all service desk tickets are documented thoroughly and resolved in a timely manner.
      • Conduct follow-ups with users to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction.
      • Continuously develop technical skills through training certifications and self-directed learning.
      • Contribute to special IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

      Required Skils and Qualifications:

      • 12 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role.
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • Strong customer service and communication skills.
      • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Windows OS and basic networking.
      • Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus.
      • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
      • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
      • ITIL Foundation (preferred)
      • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (preferred)
