Class advisor Positions: Freshman Class Advisor ($2253.07) Sophomore Class Advisor ($2253.07) Junior Class Advisor ($3055.50) Senior Class Advisor ($3055.50) NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORK: Host yearly elections of officers Hold monthly meetings with officers Have at minimum 2 fundraisers per year Work with other advisors as needed to plan multi-class events Supervise all planed events Work with Business Office to follow all school policies around fundraising Follow all policies and procedures in regard to tracking spending holding and saving money. Plan Implement and supervise fieldtrips following school procedures and policies Complete an approved Program of Work. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to quickly establish rapport with students parents and staff Conditions of employment The job may involve walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents and using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
