We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction forestry snow removal and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24-hour towing and hauling services. Our new facility in Warrington includes a state-of-the-art service department an expansive equipment showroom and a well-stocked parts counter serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks alike.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person.
  • Product Knowledge: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment or attachment solutions. Foster vendor relationships to stay up to date with industry trends and new product availability. Advance knowledge in truck mount forklift specifically Donkey Forklifts
  • Meeting Quota: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall team and individual goals. Generate quotes process orders and follow up to close sales.
  • Supporting the Earthborne Team: Support the outside sales team with lead generation appointment setting and order fulfillment. Collaborate with marketing on promotions events and customer outreach.
  • Database management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software.
  • Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers in the showroom and ensure an excellent customer experience. Provide detailed product information.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory availability and coordinate with service and parts departments as needed.
  • Areas of focus for attachments: Construction and Tree Care Snow Equipment and Misc. attachment for after-market manufacturers

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in sales preferably in equipment machinery automotive or a similar industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office GSuite and CRM systems
  • Ability to understand and explain technical equipment features and benefits.
  • Goal-oriented self-motivated and a team player.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
