The Revenue and Distribution Optimization Manager analyses the hotels results and performance in various revenue streams and revises/recommends strategies to drive overall revenue for the hotel. The Manager is also responsible for running the team of analysts to ensure management and operational efficiency in driving data and results for the hotel.
Primary Responsibilities
Revenue Management
- To provide monthly reports and analysis including budget forecast pace market segment geographical.
- To conduct and attend relevant meetings including revenue meetings for various business streams (Rooms Restaurants and Bars Events Spa Boutique) forecast meeting groups meeting reservations and operations related meetings.
- To control the room inventory of the hotel.
- To manage the Best Available Rates / BAR Rates.
- To communicate constantly with Reservations Manager to understand the trend and market situation and how to optimize the direct channel Raffles Service team and .
- To provide recommendations to the Management in order to maximize the revenue for the hotel in a holistic approach in driving total hotel revenue management.
- To support the Director of Revenue & Raffles Service in weekly monthly reports required for Brand Accor and owners.
Distribution Management
- To manage the hotel booking engine and the third party web sites through channel managers and Accor proprietary distribution systems.
- To understand and manage the reservation distribution system.
- Work with Online Travel Agent partners so drive and optimize initiatives based on Raffles Hotel Singapores source market strategy including driving distribution for Restaurants & Bars Spa and Boutique.
- To constantly explore new distribution strategies in expanding distribution network for Suites F&B Boutique Spa and Meeting Space.
Team Management
- To be responsible for the smooth running of the Revenue Department with 3 analysts.
- To prepare the setting up of operations systems guidelines for daily operations and standard operating procedure.
- To plan and schedule the manpower colleague development welfare morale and training
- To nurture and groom young analysts or interns in the department with data visualization reporting and analytical skills required for their job.
- To run the Revenue team effectively to maximize revenue for the whole property and support in driving data visualization data improvement and data quality initiatives in order to drive sharper business decisions.
Other Responsibilities
- To support the Director of Revenue & Raffles Service in the implementation and execution of revenue driving initiatives.
- To oversee effective project management in data-related projects through exploring new technology or improved sharper analysis to drive Revenue for all the hotels revenue streams.
- To optimize efficiencies in data collection manipulation and dash boarding.

- Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualifications :
Candidate Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the Revenue Management discipline at a 5-star hotel or integrated resort preferred.
