The Management Information & Reporting (MI&R) team will deliver curated data services to our Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) stakeholders. These services will leverage Wells Fargo data assets to deliver key MIS.
The Visualization Lead plays a strategic role in guiding FCRM responsibilities. The role will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of critical reporting through the creation of Tableau dashboards. This role will maintain a dashboard portfolio and own the reporting lifecycle of reporting solutions: including requirements gathering development QA deployment and continuous improvement.
This role involves Admin and Developer responsibilities. They will support a highly technical team providing administrative and operational support for multiple data management and BI analytics platforms. The individual should be a self-driven technical resource accountable for providing and implementing end-to-end solutions of visualization products. They must be able to partner with IT network architects and storage teams to optimize processes.
Work associated with this role will require an in depth understanding of the FCRM program and core components along with an understanding of other methodologies such as the Risk Measurement Policy and the Operational Risk Key Risk Indicator Procedure. Additionally this role will require strong collaboration with key partners in Financial Crimes Risk Management such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption International Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions component teams. And strong collaboration with key frontline such as the Financial Crimes Leaders and Financial Crimes Operations (FCO).
