Our Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator to be responsible for Project Quality Management Systems (PQMS) for assigned projects / sub-programs. The Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator is expected to be instrumental in: defining the quality requirements in a Projects individual contracts; and the implementation of the Project Quality Assurance Program (PQAP) as well as quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
What will I be doing
- Maintain and update the Quality Assurance and Monitoring Plan in line with the Capital Projects Groups (CPG) Quality Management System (QMS) identifying the processes and procedures needed to monitor the quality compliance of the Contractor and other Parties to their contractual requirements
- Train and induct the Project Delivery team on the Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP)
- Coordinate and review Contractors and other Parties quality related submittals including quality management plans quality processes/procedures inspection and test plans etc. for compliance with the Contract and ISO 9001 requirements
- Liaising with Field Quality Assurance and Technical Services Consultant to verify Contractor adherence to project quality plans processes and procedures including the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans and the assist in the resolution of non-conformances
- Maintain and implement a comprehensive quality audit program for the project including internal and external audits based on the project risk criteria conducting and/or participating in audits and attending Contractor internal audits
- Collect data from different sources and compile the periodic quality performance reports for identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Liaise with Contractors Technical Services Consultants and Project Delivery Teams for timely resolution and close out of the Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Implement and administer Lessons Learned Process including facilitating workshops to identify Lessons Learned with Project Delivery Team
What Skills and Qualifications Do I Need
- Demonstrated years experience in heavy civil or industrial projects and direct experience in quality management
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and project delivery processes across the range of contracts available
- Hands on experience with an ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 preferred
- Hands-on experience with quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail
