Job Description
Join our team as a Host at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and be the welcoming face of our dining experience. Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests ensuring their visit is memorable from start to finish. In this role youll coordinate seating assist with special requests and maintain a smooth and efficient flow in the restaurant all while upholding the highest standards of service and safety.
Pay Rate: $18.71/hour
Job Duties Include:
- Provide warm greeting and welcome all guests to the restaurant
- Obtain dining information from guests such as dietary requirements or special occasions
- Coordinate the dining rooms seating arrangements by planning ahead and anticipating fluctuations in business
- Seat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the Servers
Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 months food and beverage experience
- Selfmotivated with the ability to make effective decisions
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
