The opportunity:


The Managing Director or General Manager/VP Revenue APAC is responsible for leading all business operations in Australia. This includes driving strategic growth managing local teams ensuring compliance with Australian regulations and serving as the primary representative of the brand in the region. In addition the incumbent will own and drive all revenue-generating functions for the ANZ market including sales customer success marketing alignment and revenue operations.


What Youll Do:

  • Lead and manage the overall commercial operations across ANZ and APAC.
  • Build and execute a growth strategy tailored to the ANZ market.
  • Drive revenue growth through sales partnerships and customer initiatives.
  • Recruit develop and retain high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team and ensure alignment to global goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and manage country-level P&L.
  • Own the entire revenue lifecycle across sales partnerships and customer success.
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to support go-to-market efforts.
  • Forecast track and report on revenue performance pipeline and customer metrics.
  • Build and lead high-performing sales and revenue operations teams.
  • Implement scalable processes for lead generation deal closing and client retention.
  • Drive account expansion renewals and upselling strategies.
  • Ensure tools technology and CRM systems ( Gong Apollo Gainsight etc...) support growth and transparency

What Youll Bring to Maropost:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
  • 10 years Country Manager or senior leadership role in Australia.
  • Extensive B2B SaaS experience.
  • Commerce (Ecommerce retail marketing automation helpdesk and merchandising verticals) prior roles in $20m regional business units.
  • Multi-product global organizations is a prerequisite for this role.
  • A customer first mentality combined with the ability to develop successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of Australian and APAC market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations and deliver growth.
  • Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.
