Hours/Shifts:
- 11:00am to 7:00pm (Must be flexible)
- Must be available to work some weekends
Principal Responsibilities:
- Review menus prior to food preparation and prepare meals up to established standards.
- Work with the Dietary Supervisor and/or Dietician as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.
- Ensure that food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment of the Dietary department.
Requirements:
- Valid Identification
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
- Agility and flexibility with changing priorities
- Team-oriented and a practical team-player
- Professional demeanor
- At least one year of experience as a cook or in a dietary environment (preferred)
