Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate who excels in communication is comfortable in digital platforms and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Youll be the first point of contact across email phone chat and social mediahelping customers with inquiries orders returns and product information while representing the brand voice with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email phone social chat)
Resolve service tickets using tools like Shopify and Reamaze
Process returns exchanges and replacements accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback
Maintain clear records of all customer interactions
Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Represent the brand on social media in a thoughtful consistent voice
Qualifications:
3 years of customer service experience (e-commerce/CPG preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented organized and solution-focused
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Shopify or CRM platform experience is a plus
Comfortable interacting on social media
College degree or relevant work experience
