Overview:
The Training & Development SeniorSpecialistwill work acrossPrysmiansNorth Americaregionto providetechnicaland leadership development through the design implementation and facilitationof innovative learning solutions and specific project work. This role works as part of the widerTalent Management Teamandwill work across all functionsof the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Implementthe organizationslearningand development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organizations current and future needs.
Liaise with functionalleaders & regional HRBPStoconduct training needs analysisdesign develop andmanagethe best delivery of learning solutions that complement ourbusinessneedsbutareconsistent with theglobaland regional training strategy.
Reimagine& designcreatively aboutinternal externalblended learning solutions e-learning virtual.
For North America region tracktrainingsandevaluatetrainingROIand own globalsustainabilitytrainingreporting.
Develop a training dashboard for the region.
Develop a newonboarding experience for all new hires that reflectsPrysmianculture & values. Identify gaps in processes and work with relevant stakeholders(hiring managers &talent acquisitionteam HRBPs)to ensure the onboarding experience is consistent and delivers excellence.
Support in the management of ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Keepup to dateon developments and innovations in training and education incrossindustrysectors so that the organizations training activities remain current and relevant.
ProfessionalQualification:
Min 4 years of experience inLearning & DevelopmentAreaspecialized in training design& delivery.
Bachelors degree in HR Psychology or related field(Masters preferred)
Training coaching and facilitation skills (particularly virtual)
Project management skills
Strong MS Excel & PPT Skills.
Previous experienceadministeringLMS (Workday preferred)
